This clearly isn’t a clothing tag, but I regret not buying this. Even though it probably would have brought evil upon my house.
This is amusing for a variety of reasons. First… someone, somewhere thought that naming their clothing brand after a historical period where millions of people were killed was a good idea. Second… they decided to do production in India instead of China after they realized their mistake.
A couple things to note about this. First… at some point, I would guess the early 90’s, GANT was sold at Sam’s Club. GANT is now a high-end, highly-coveted menswear brand - amazing turnaround (the brand has been around since at least the 40’s, and rather dramatically fell from grace before being reborn).
Second, look at that sizing. A size L today is usually 42-44. Modern GANT size L is 39-41, which is unusually small (modern GANT has a very slim fit).
